About Us
Since 1975 Kringle’s Korner Christmas Trees has been providing Sonoma and surrounding counties with Christmas Trees. In the early years Kringle’s sold wild cut Douglas Fir from Montana. As the business and demand developed Kringle’s was one of the first tree lots to offer cultured farm raised Christmas trees in Sonoma county. Owner Mike Gutzman started working as an elf (tree totter) when he was in high school. After graduating from College, he opened Kringle’s Korner on 4th Street in Santa Rosa. As Kringle’s Korner has evolved through different locations now know as Betty’s Fish & Chips, Empire College & Kaiser on Old Redwood Hwy. With every move our operations and services have grown and expanded bringing us to our current location at the Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa since 2004.
We’ve expanded greatly since then, offering more custom services to customers and commercial accounts. Carrying on the tradition, Mike’s daughter Morgan began working in her high school years. After graduation she began to take on more responsibilities and expanding every year. Mike and Morgan work side by side everyday with great “Christmas Spirit”.
As a family & extended family we all love the Christmas tree lot, it brings us together. As our elves’ families’ traditions carry on as ours do from parents being elves at Kringle’s their children carry on the tradition.
Since day one Kringle’s has employed local high school kids as there first jobs. Many parents pass the elf torch onto there children, giving us generations of elves customers, and family.
